Chips weren't cooked properly, pizza was over cooked and kebab meat was horrible tonight, really sad as normally good but not tonight.

Fish was awful all burnt at both ends

Food was not delivered. Ordered at 1856, delivery was due by 1940, i phoned at 2045 to be told the food hadnt been prepared yet and would likely take up to another 45mins so around 2130. 2.5hrs. Was told I couldnt get a refund and would have to go back to jaz’s website to request a refund - not sure it will even happen. Very poor service compared to previous years

Received my delivery 17.24 minus the chips, called chippy 17.25 to explain I had not received all my order. Was told the chips would be sent immediately. Chips arrived 17.55!!!!! Since we had already eaten our pizza & kebab I just told the driver to take them back or eat them himself.

Order via their app at 6pm with delivery expected by 7pm, it still hadn’t arrived by 7:15 so tried phoning but no reply. Eventually at 8 pm I went to the shop and picked it up and the shop was chaotic. Dozens of orders (including mine) still waiting to be processed. Who knows what time it would have arrived. SHOCKING SERVICE

Ordered food at around 5.30pm last night . Food arrived at 9pm ! No one at the chippy answered the phone in that time just rang out . They say you can speak to someone online and no one was available either . No apology or offered any type of compensation . I had paid on their website online so could not get a refund . I did not want the food at 9pm but had no choice . Really annoyed and won’t be back

I normal only order from jazz but after an hour late and stone cold meal,unfortunately that was my last. Great way to loose trade!!

Although our pizza tasted good it was soggy and cold, delivery time was 1hr 45mins
